Five services, one person responsible.
Every engagement starts with an inventory and ends with support. In between, you have nothing to coordinate.
Service 1
Assessment and design
Nothing is proposed before what exists has been counted.
We record the lines in service, the numbers, the devices, the contracts in force and how calls actually travel: who answers, at what hours, what is forwarded to a mobile, what ends up in a voicemail box nobody listens to.
That inventory produces a written proposal: the technology chosen, the devices, the monthly cost and what changes for your teams.
- Inventory of lines, numbers and devices
- Record of usage by extension and by schedule
- Numbering plan and ring groups
- Written proposal with the recurring cost
Service 2
Installation and migration
The cutover is prepared, not improvised.
Devices are configured and tested before they reach you. On cutover day each handset is installed and then tested: inbound call, outbound call, transfer, voicemail.
When an interruption cannot be avoided, it is scheduled outside business hours and announced in advance.
- Configuration and testing off production
- On-site installation of handsets
- Every handset tested at cutover
- Cutover scheduled outside business hours when needed
Service 3
Number porting
Your numbers are yours. They follow.
We prepare the transfer requests, check that the details match the losing carrier's record exactly — a mismatched name or address is the first cause of rejection — and then set the cutover window with you.
The timelines belong to the losing carrier. We give you the date as soon as it is confirmed, and the old system stays in service until the transfer.
- Preparation and filing of porting requests
- Verification of details before filing
- Coordination with the losing carrier
- Cutover window agreed in advance
Service 4
Training
On your handsets, with your calls.
Training is given on the installed devices, covering the features your teams genuinely use: answering, transferring, holding, picking up a call, changing the greeting, switching a schedule.
A one-page sheet per role stays on site. Reception and staff do not have the same needs; they do not get the same sheet.
- On-site training, by role group
- One-page sheet per role
- A second pass for anyone away on the day
- Training the manager for simple changes
Service 5
Support and management
The same person, after the cutover.
Someone joins, someone leaves, a forward has to change, the holiday schedule is coming: those changes are done by us, on request. There is no console for you to learn.
The system is monitored and kept up to date. You have nothing to install.
- Routine changes on request
- System updates
- Monitoring of service status
- Troubleshooting in French or English
You will never have to explain your installation to someone discovering it.
The person who did the inventory is the person who answers when you call.
Something specific in mind?
Describe it in a few lines. If it is outside what we do, we will say so.
