From a first call to a system that rings.

The real steps of an installation, in the order they happen. At any moment you know what is done and what is left.

  1. Needs assessment

One meeting, on site or remote. We record the lines in service, the numbers, the devices, the contracts in force and how calls travel.

The current provider's invoices help here: they reveal forgotten lines.
  2. Inventory and validation

The inventory is handed to you. You confirm what stays, what goes and what is missing. This is the last chance to discover an elevator line or an alarm panel nobody mentioned.

  3. Proposal

The technology chosen, the devices, the monthly cost and what changes for your teams. One page, with no options to decipher.

  4. Design

Numbering plan, ring groups, business hours, greetings, forwards, voicemail boxes. The plan is written and approved before anything is configured.

  5. Preparation and testing

Devices are configured and tested off production. The call scenarios in the plan are played through one by one.

  6. Number porting

Transfer requests are filed with the losing carrier, then the cutover window is set with you. The old system stays in service until then.

The timelines belong to the losing carrier. The date is passed on as soon as it is confirmed.
  7. Cutover

Installation handset by handset, each one tested: inbound, outbound, transfer, voicemail. Any remaining analog lines — fax, alarm, elevator, door — are checked separately.

  8. Training

Teams are trained on their own devices. A one-page sheet per role stays on site.

  9. Follow-up

A check after the first days of real use, when actual habits show up. After that, routine support.

What it asks of you

Little, but at specific moments.

  • One meeting for the inventory.
  • Your current telephony invoices.
  • Approval of the numbering plan before configuration.
  • A cutover date that suits your operations.
  • An hour for training, per role group.

Want to know where you stand?

The inventory is the first step, and it answers most of the questions.
