This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no scripts and loads no third-party service: no analytics, no advertising, no remote fonts.
Like any web server, ours keeps a technical log: IP address, date, page requested and browser. It is used only for security — spotting and blocking abusive attempts — and is erased automatically by rotation.
When you write to us
An email sent to telecom@opsnode.ca is used to answer you and, if an engagement follows, to carry it out. It is never sold, lent or used for solicitation.
During an engagement
We process the information the service requires: contact people, numbers, phone system configuration. Data is hosted in Canada. For number porting, the required information is sent to the carrier involved, and to no one else. Details are set out in the service agreement.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction or its removal, and withdraw your consent. Write to OpsNode's person in charge of the protection of personal information: privacy@opsnode.ca. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
